Our School

Beverly founded our school in 1978 in her basement, but after 30 years MMA has become of the largest privately owned music schools in the mid-west. With over 700 weekly students, we have three group class rooms and seven small group/ private lesson classrooms. We're very proud of our newest addition – a "Performance Classroom" that allows students to practice their performance skills in a realistic setting.

We are located in a small shopping center in the middle of Greentrails Subdivision in Chesterfield. Other businesses in our complex are Mobil Gas Station, Domino’s and Edward Jones. The shopping center faces the Methodist Church across the street.

Our office is located on the south side of the building, facing the trees.

Note: Olive is also called Clarkson south of Highway 40

FROM HWY 270:

  • Exit Hwy 270 at Ladue and proceed West on Ladue Road.
  • Drive for 5 miles or so.
  • The shopping center is located 9/10 of a mile past Woodsmill/141 on the left-hand side of the street – at the 4 way stop sign.

FROM HWY 40:

  • Take Woodsmill/141 North past Conway Road and St. Luke’s Hospital.
  • Turn left at the next stoplight onto Ladue Road.
  • Continue West 1 mile on Ladue Road to the shopping center which is on the left-hand side of the street – at the 4 way stop sign.

FROM OLIVE (East of Woodsmill/141 Road):

  • Travel West on Olive Street Road past Woodsmill.
  • Turn left onto Ladue Road.
  • Proceed 9/10 mile and we are located on the right in the same shopping center as Mobil Gas Station and Domino’s – at the 4 way stop sign.

FROM OLIVE (West of Ladue Road):

  • Coming from the West on Clarkson past Chesterfield Mall, we are approximately 3 miles east of the mall.
  • Pass Faust Park on the left and Shenandoah subdivision on the right.
  • Turn Right at the next big stoplight onto Ladue Road.
  • Proceed 9/10 mile and we are located on the right in the same shopping center as Mobil Gas Station and Domino’s – at the 4 way stop sign.
